I'm Valerie M. Cadungo, 17 years old and a Grade 11 student taking the HUMSS strand reason to improve my approaches skills. I also want to overcome my stage fright and want to pursue my dream of being a Therapist. 10 years from now, I see myself as a successful therapist who still takes studies and gives sanctuary to my clients who are in need.

I took the HUMSS strand to improve my communication skills and to be more open-minded in various topics because based on my what I have read online this can help me if I will pursue Psychology soon. So by taking the HUMSS strand I could learn more about humanities and social science. 10 years from now, I can see myself as a successful psychologist who helps people who are in need. People who are struggling with their mental health issues, and people with illnesses, conditions, and disorders.
Hi! I'm Yvette Bianca Gonzales, 16 years old and a Grade 11 HUMSS student at Negros Occidental High School.
I took the HUMSS strand because of my profession to be a Teacher someday. And maybe through this strand, I can learn more about being a teacher, and can help me to pursue my future profession. 10 years from now, I see myself as a successful elementary teacher helping kids to learn to write, draw, and more.

HUMSS stands for Humanities and Social Sciences.
This strand studies human behavior and social changes and analyzes arts, culture, literature, and politics. The HUMSS Senior High School strand is designed for students who intend to take up journalism, communication arts, liberal arts, education, and other social-science-related courses in college.
